Shipping and Returns Policy


PICK-UP

If you are picking up your artwork, you will receive notification by email when your order is ready for pick-up.  Please be advised we will not print an order until it is paid in full - so if you are planning a pick-up, you must send a payment through the internet or snail mail beforehand so that your order will be ready and waiting for pick-up.

SHIPPING

In most cases HR Giclee will ship within 5 business days after your payment has cleared. Our estimated delivery date to you may vary, depending upon geographical location and choice of parcel/shipping carrier.

After you choose your artwork, select your choice of shipping handlers.  It is the responsibility of the customer to request insurance or signature requirements for delivery of valuable orders.  Damages are covered by the carriers insurance purchased by the customer.  Unless the shipping handler returns an undelivered shipment, HR Giclee must assume once an order is shipped that it reaches the customer.  A handling fee will also be applied according to weight and size of the shipment.   For overseas orders and shipments, please contact customer service to accurately calculate shipping charges.

When you order, you will receive an UNMATTED, UNFRAMED print. Unless otherwise specified, the sizes posted are image sizes, and the print will have at least a one half inch border.  Large prints will arrive rolled in a cardboard tube.  If the paper remains curled, place a few heavy books on the prints to flatten them.  You may frame the prints yourself or take them to a local frame shop to be framed.

RETURNS

All return requests for unwanted items must be made within 5 days of receiving the order. A 20% restocking charge will apply. Only sealed, unopened and  UNUSED merchandise in its original packaging will be accepted.

Discounted items, seasonal items and special orders are non-returnable.  All gift certificates are non-refundable.

All discontinued merchandise is non-returnable.

Please ship your package with adequate insurance for the value of the contents. If your merchandise is lost or damaged while returning, HR Giclée will not assume responsibility.
Enclose the sales receipt from HR Giclée (or photocopy of original).
Once a return package is received by HR Giclée, your account will be credited via a gift card or other notice of credit, minus the 20% restocking charge.

Damaged Items
HR Giclée prides itself in packaging your orders with great care. However,sometimes damage occurs and we need to be notified promptly in order to serve you better.  For a damaged goods claim, save your shipping box and packaging! It needs to be inspected by the carrier. Claims cannot be made for damaged goods if the box is discarded.  It is the responsibility of the customer to request insurance or signature requirements for delivery of valuable orders.  Damages are covered by the carriers insurance purchased by the customer.

Refused Orders
Any order sent to a customer that is refused will be charged the shipping costs, including return shipping to HR Giclée plus a restocking charge of 20%.

Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by the customer at the time of ordering, we will re-ship the order at the customers expense. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, they will be charged a 20% restocking charge plus the original shipping charges.
